The hotel was well-maintained with especially welcoming employees from the desk clerk to the doorman. Comfy bed, large bathroom and terrace and it's own balcony in the room.

The hotel is nicely presented and perfectly clean. the staff are extremely helpful and incredibly attentive. - They have a cocktail bar. - the breakfast is very good with a wide range of options to choose from. - the location is exceptionally nice, just a short walk from Courtfield Gardens West.

we got room with comfortable decor and a clean bathroom to relax. the location was central, just next door to many destinations, bars and the lovely restaurant. easily reached la pappardella, located relatively close to the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The full breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of tasty food. The bed was really comfortable and the shower had luxurious products from l'occitane. The hotel also had nice extra touches, like turning down the bed and leaving little treats in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel.
